Well today my mum booked my room for my 21st party in June and after countless failed attempts at trying to lose weight throughout my teenage years, I decided that WW was the way to go. Although I was previously trying to do WW I decided to bite the bullet and attend meetings rather than just follow the plan online. So far this has worked for me as I have lost 9.5lbs in 4 weeks. This is my second attempt at trying to run a blog as an aid to weight loss but this time, hopefully, it will be more successful, as myself and others can follow my journey.
So here goes, had quite a bad weekend this week (as I went out for my friend's 21st) and got my WI tomorrow which I am quite worried about, I hope I can just get back on plan if I do have a loss. I am also looking forward to the new Discovery Plan which will be announced in tomorrow's meeting, and with any luck it might kickstart my weight loss again too. I also need to start getting in to walking again because I think that helps my weight loss but I have only walked once in the past week because the weather has been so freezing and I have developed a cold!
Wish my WI tomorrow goes well and I need to start getting my bum into gear with respect to university work! Will post tomorrow and let you know how I get on.
